Carol Blair is Serenity Hospice Care’s very dedicated and compassionate administrator.

After graduating from Thomas Edison State University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing, Carol initially worked in a Medical Center and later in a Long-Term Care facility, where she focused on the geriatric population.

Carol’s passion for geriatric care eventually led her to later to own and operate an adult medical day care center in Ocean County, New Jersey.

Ultimately, it was a personal life experience that gave direction to Carol’s illustrious and productive career. In 2001, Carol’s father unfortunately passed away on hospice care. Carol was so impressed with the mission and importance of hospice that she decided to devote herself to providing and promoting hospice care. Carol has served as a hospice Case Manager, a Director of Nursing, and for the past ten years as an acclaimed administrator.

Carol brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her position.
